Touch down in Kathmandu

We’re currently sat on the rooftop terrace at Green Organic Café, Kathmandu, Nepal! When I say rooftop terrace, luckily it’s covered because the heavens have opened and we’re sat listening to the monsoon rains hitting the tin roof but who cares? This place is great!
We made a bit of a spur of the moment decision to head to Nepal now while we were sat working out how to get from Mysore to the tourist trap of Goa…we decided to miss it out altogether and get a flight straight to Kathmandu (we will be returning to India after we’ve finished falling in love with Nepal).
I’m not sure what it is but there’s something magical about this place…
